1:00 AM- Montage of traffic on the trail. We have a cat, possum, raccoon, and mystery guest.
Eastern Towhee scratching up seed on the ground doesn’t want to share with other birds.
A couple of House Finches looking around.

A couple of House Finches looking around.
1:00 AM – Vague shadowy image of a visiting possum. The Ground Cam wasn’t quite pointed in the right position to catch a closeup.
Another cat coming up the trail.
Last, a female Eastern Towhee scratching up some seed.
1:00 AM – A couple of trail walkers:
House Finch drinking:
Another cat video, in this case, a hungry one eating the bird/squirrel peanuts.
1:00 AM – More Trail Cam action, this time a nice looking cat. There was also video of that possum heading down the path, but since it was identical to the one posted a few days ago, I didn’t download it. The possum is a creature of habit, as everyone knows.
Finch, Cardinal and Chickadee on the Squirrel Buster (in it’s old location).
1:00 AM – That scruffy cat is back at the watering hole (Mazy’s pool).
Midnight possum!
I never get tired of a Mazy Wallow.
1:00 AM – A female Goldfinches get a drink from the birdbath, then gets chased off.
Action from the Trail Cam – the first part is just a normal cat, but the second is some kind of mystery animal. If only it had moved slower and closer to the camera.
1:00 AM – Late night activity at the pool. A thirsty cat and raccoon.
First image from the new Trail Cam turns out to be one of our ubiquitous squirrels.
1:00 AM – Hungry Cardinal on the mealworm feeder. We haven’t had the platform feeder up for several days, and I think the Cardinals miss it.
More midnight animal activity – the camera catches another cat lapping up water.
And last, no daily web page would be completely without a bathing dog.
1:00 AM – Another cat getting a late night drink at the pool:
And one more of Mazy wallowing:
1:00 AM – A scruffy cat gets some water from the pool. Wonder when we’ll get our first raccoon getting a drink.
Here’s a House Finch – or maybe a Purple Finch. It’s hard for me to tell if it’s purple or red.
Brief video of a Carolina Wren drinking.
